FAIRY FAQs

  • No, we believe pets are happiest in their own home, where they feel safe and comfortable. Our services are exclusively in-home, allowing your pet to stick to their usual routine and avoid the stress of a kennel or boarding facility.

  • While our Fairy Pop-In visits include potty breaks and playtime, we do not provide standalone dog-walking services at this time.

  • We primarily care for dogs and cats, but we also have experience with small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc.). If you have an exotic pet, reach out to discuss their needs!

  • Our Fairy Dreams Package includes an 8-hour overnight stay with evening and morning potty breaks, feedings, and plenty of cuddles and companionship. We also ensure your home stays secure and well-maintained while you’re away.

  • Yes! Our Fairy Godmother Package provides live-in, 24-hour care for pets who require constant companionship, such as elderly pets, those with medical needs, or pets with severe separation anxiety.

  • Absolutely! We send daily updates, photos, and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and loved.

  • For overnight and extended stay bookings, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your dates.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for overnight stays and holidays. Our Fairy Godmother Package (24-hour care) requires at least 60 days’ notice due to limited availability.

  • Yes! We love meeting pets and their owners before a booking to ensure a great fit and go over any details. The first consultation is complimentary.
